On October 2, 2023, Chengxin Yang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and his delegation visited the high-transparent substrate project of Zhaotong Kibing Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Zhaotong Kibing Solar"), listened to the work report, and studied and deployed the next work plan. Comrade Chengxin Yang learned in detail about the construction status of Zhaotong Kibing Solar high-permeability substrate project, enterprise development needs, related supporting infrastructure construction, and difficulties existing in the project construction process, etc., to help solve problems in the construction of Zhaotong Kibing Solar project.

After listening to the overall construction plan of the project, Comrade Chengxin Yang further understood the details of the project approach road, sewage treatment plant and project water, electricity and gas guarantee, and put forward work requirements.

Comrade Chengxin Yang pointed out that project construction time is tight and the tasks are heavy. Government departments at all levels should make overall plans, improve working mechanisms, maintain smooth coordination and communication channels, and make every effort to promote project construction to ensure that the project is completed, put into production, and effective early.
